* Steve is successfully working to clean up blight and abandoned properties in Rutland.
Representative Howard has served on the House Committees on Institutions, Commerce, Ways and Means and as the Vice-Chair of the House Transportation Committee. In 2008, Speaker Symington appointed Steve to a special committee on Economic Recovery and Opportunity.
* The Howard Family has deep roots in Rutland. Steve's Great Grandparents owned a grocery store on Allen Street. His family owned and operated businesses in Rutland County for decades.
* Steve graduated from MSJ in 1989 and Boston College in 1993 with a degree in Political Science. |
